- Identify emerging themes, socio-economic trends, and industry conversations to build relevant, high-impact event IPs.

- Evaluate feasibility, format, target audiences, and monetization potential for new event ideas.

Revenue Generation & Partnerships:

- Drive sponsorship, partnership, and ticketing revenue across all event properties.

- Build and manage strong relationships with corporates, industry associations, government bodies, academic institutions, chambers of commerce, and key ecosystem stakeholders in Indore.

- Structure partnership proposals, pricing, benefit packages, and outreach strategies to achieve revenue goals.

End-to-End Event Execution:

- Manage permissions, compliance requirements, and coordination with external agencies.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

- Work closely with editorial, marketing, sales, and digital teams for amplification, coverage, and engagement across print, online, and social platforms.

- Ensure brand guidelines and communication standards are upheld across all event touchpoints.

Performance Tracking & Scaling:

- Track event performance through KPIs such as attendance, engagement, ROI, media visibility, and sponsor satisfaction.

- Prepare pre-event and post-event reports, budgets, presentations, and analysis for internal review.

- Scale successful IPs into larger, multi-city or annual properties to drive sustained impact.

Experience & Skills Required:

- 6-10 years of experience in events, media, partnerships, experiential marketing, or brand activation.

- Strong professional network across Indores corporate, institutional, and government ecosystem.

- Demonstrated ability to conceptualize events, close sponsorship deals, and deliver revenue targets.

- Expertise in project management, stakeholder management, budgeting, and vendor coordination.

- Strong communication, negotiation, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with high attention to detail and tight timelines.

Qualifications:
