- Conduct monthly meetings with department heads to identify training needs for BO-Ops and franchisee teams.
- Collaborate with managers to define team-specific training requirements.
- Coordinate and deliver soft-skill and functional training programs for associates.
- Monitor training outcomes through regular reviews and align with business goals.
- Drive execution of training programs
- Organize Train the Trainer (TTT) programs to strengthen internal training capability.
- Ensure compliance and coverage of all mandated e-learning modules.
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) in consultation with stakeholders.
- Lead and mentor a 30-member training team.
- Build expertise in Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) relevant to training.
- Plan and execute franchisee seminars across regions to drive performance.
- Champion digital learning initiatives to improve training efficiency and reach.
