The open position is with Human Capital (HR) Team within Fractal Analytics. The individual will be responsible for business partnering for one or more critical business areas with specific contribution to engagement, performance management and career management for the respective groups.   Job Responsibilities  - Employee Engagement : Drive & execute high level of employee engagement programs such as offsite's, yearly planning meeting, tenure driven engagement programs and HR Operations   - Performance Management: Strategize ways of improving business performance, aligning goals, conducting regular reviews and training needs   - Career Management Program: Execute career tracks across Fractal, educating employees of road ahead & tracking   - Lead a team of 2-3 HR Managers & work closely with other HR team members across the globe   - Work with people across the globe, high understanding & engagement with the end client to achieve higher success   - Manage HR budget and ensure expenses are managed well  - Help in laying best in-class processes and systems that drives the culture and make Fractal a great place to work  Qualification & Experience   - Must be a qualified HR professional with 8+ years of relevant experience with demonstrated track record of Business HR across levels / across functions   - Must be a matured team player with excellent interpersonal & convincing skills   - Must possess high level of discipline and maintain highest levels of ethics in all dealings   - Should possess quick / original thinking & learning abilities – always finding better ways to doing things   - Must have the stature to independently interact with the BU Head/CEO’s and external relationships at appropriate levels   - Apart from the normal expectations, the candidate must be able to deal with complexity of work & situations and must also be able to go into detailed working (hands on approach)  - Excellent interpersonal, communications, public speaking, and presentation skills   - Possesses strategic and tactical skills to develop competitive sales and distribution strategies   - Active pursuance of evolved strategies of high potential importance for the benefit of the organization   - Creates and leverages a diverse range of key relationships across interest segments to improve access to resources and expertise   - Identifies, mobilizes and tracks resources to fulfill key objectives and plan
