FP&A Head/Finance Controller - Plant

Description:

- This role involves plant financial control, month-end tracking, cost tracking, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysisall within a dynamic production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure accurate month-end closing & detailed cost reviews (GL & cost center).

- Analyze energy/volume variances vs. budget & forecast.

- Perform root-cause analysis for raw material consumption.

- Lead monthly & quarterly performance reporting.

- Collaborate with Plant Heads, R&D, and cross-functional teams on financial variances.

- Support auditors with data & explanations.

- Drive budget preparation, forecasting, and BOM validation.

- Hands-on SAP FI/CO experience preferred.

Requirements:

- Qualification: CA / MBA Finance.

- 8-10 years relevant experience in Plant Finance / Manufacturing industries (Cement, Steel, etc.).

- Strong exposure in Plant Manufacturing & having working knowledge of SAP.

- Strong in cost accounting, budgeting, forecasting & variance analysis.

- Skilled in SAP, MS Excel & financial modeling.

- Proven ability to work cross-functionally and deliver under tight deadlines.
