We have been retained exclusively by our client - a fast-growing SaaS startup in the Construction Tech space - to hire their Founding Account Executive.

The company is backed by a seasoned founding team with prior SaaS exit experience. They are building a mobile-first operating system designed to transform how builders and contractors deliver projects - tackling India's $30Bn problem of delays and overruns.

This is a rare opportunity to join at the ground floor as one of their founding hire and play a defining role in building the GTM engine.

Role Summary

- The Founding Account Executive will be the first sales rep outside the founding team and own the complete revenue motion. From prospecting and pitching to closing and onboarding, you'll be at the frontlines of taking a category-defining SaaS product to market.

- This is NOT only a "logo-chasing" role - it's about building repeatable sales playbooks, winning logos consistently, and directly moving the revenue needle.

Key Responsibilities

- Run outbound & ABM campaigns to generate high-quality pipeline.

- Engage C-level stakeholders (builders, architects, contractors) with consultative selling.

- Own end-to-end sales cycle (prospect - demo - close).

- Close - 3-5L ACV SaaS deals across SMB & mid-market accounts.

- Deliver - 1.5 Cr ARR in Year 1

- Work closely with the founding team to shape GTM playbooks and strategy.

Who we are looking for?

- 2-7 years of SaaS B2B sales experience, with outbound focus. FULL CYCLE AE

- Proven track record of owning and closing - 20-50L+ pipeline.

- Mumbai-based (mandatory).

- Hustler DNA - thrives in field + consultative sales, not just digital touches.

- Business acumen to hold ROI-driven conversations with non-tech buyers.

If you've only sold IT services, avoided field sales, or want a cushy MNC-style role - this might not be for you.

Compensation

Fixed: - 8-12L

Variable: 50% of fixed (OTE - 12-18L)

Uncapped accelerators for overachievement : e.g. > 125% of target achievement, will result in doubling of variable component..!

ESOPs available for the right candidate

Work Model

- Hybrid, Mumbai-based with customer visits.
