About the Role:

We are looking for a Value Manager to join our team. This role is designed for a dynamic professional who can drive value growth across multiple dimensions through training, communication, and performance management. The ideal candidate will act as a strategic partner, ensuring alignment between business objectives and supplier facility operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as a full-time value growth driver, with a focus on training, communication, and identifying performance outliers.

- Develop action plans for supplier facilities to enhance performance across revenue, loyalty/retention, digital adoption, value compliance, and financial metrics.

- Communicate supplier facility strategic initiatives and design impactful promotions.

- Act as a subject matter expert, bringing energy and enthusiasm to new products, pricing, promotions, incentives, and other initiatives.

- Collaborate with onsite and value teams to generate and implement KPI-driven action plans.

- Monitor performance metrics, identify gaps, and take corrective actions for value outliers.

- Participate in regular Value Manager meetings and contribute to continuous improvement.
