About the Role:

We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Brand Champion to drive awareness, performance, and engagement with our Telecom brand. In this role, you will act as the face of the brand within the supplier facility, helping Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) understand and embody our brand values, while inspiring confidence and enthusiasm in the products and services we offer.

Key Responsibilities:

- Champion brand awareness and knowledge, while enhancing overall CSR experience.

- Educate CSRs on the Telecom brand's core values and customer-first approach.

- Build strong brand recognition by effectively communicating why Telecom is the preferred brand of choice.

- Serve as a subject matter expert, bringing energy and excitement to new products, pricing, promotions, incentives, and other initiatives.

- Experience in brand management, training, or communication roles.

- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills with the ability to inspire and engage.

- Passion for brand building, employee engagement, and customer experience.
