Role Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Talent Acquisition Lead to drive our hiring efforts across levels. This is a high-impact role where you will work directly with the Founders and leadership team as a trusted talent advisor. You'll lead strategic hiring, develop scalable recruitment processes, and build a strong employer brand across digital and campus channels. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments, and has a strong track record in headhunting, leadership hiring, and building recruitment excellence from the ground up. Key Responsibilities Strategic Talent Acquisition - Act as a talent partner to the Founders and leadership, advising on talent strategy, workforce planning, and organizational design. - Lead end-to-end recruitment for mid-management to CXO-level roles across business and functional domains. - Own executive search and passive talent engagement using headhunting, networking, and market intelligence techniques. Recruitment Strategy & Execution - Design and implement data-driven talent acquisition strategies aligned with business needs. - Build a predictable and high-quality hiring engine, including job scorecards, assessment frameworks, and structured interview processes. - Track key hiring metrics (TAT, cost-per-hire, quality of hire, offer-to-join ratios) and provide regular dashboards to leadership. Employer Branding & Talent Marketing - Co-own the employer brand narrative to build campaigns to attract top talent across digital and offline channels. - Craft compelling job descriptions, career pages, and social media content to strengthen employer value proposition. - Lead talent community initiatives and storytelling around company culture, leadership, and growth stories. Campus Connect & Early Talent Programs - Build and scale strong campus partnerships with Management , Retail and Hospitality Schools for internships and full-time hiring. - Design and run early career programs, assessment days, and campus ambassador initiatives. Recruitment Operations & SOPs - Establish and document recruitment SOPs to drive consistency and scalability in hiring processes. - Evaluate and implement recruitment tools, ATS, and technology to improve team productivity. - Ensure compliance with internal policies and external labor regulations. What you will bring: - 9+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition with a focus on headhunting and leadership hiring. - Prior experience in FMCG, start-ups, or HR consulting company is highly preferred. - Strong strategic mindset with the ability to align hiring with broader business objectives. - Demonstrated ability to influence and partner with senior stakeholders including Founders, CXOs, and Business Heads. - Deep understanding of the talent market, compensation trends, and candidate behaviors. - Hands-on experience with employer branding, recruitment marketing, and campus hiring initiatives. - Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills. - High ownership, resourcefulness, and agility-comfortable working in fast-moving environments.
