Foodpanda is hiring for a Regional Head in Gurgaon location,  Position: Regional Head - Fulfilment Ops   Job Responsibilities (But not limited to):   - Set up fulfilment operations in new micro-markets from scratch which includes recruitment of fulfilment team & setting up hubs/fulfilment centres   - Own city's P&L, track KPI's in conjunction with cost to ensure optimum performance & resource allocation.   - Lead Restaurant Acquisition on foodpanda delivery and manage relationship to ensure minimum deactivations  - Lead city operations and build a culture that works relentlessly towards building/maintaining state-of-the-art operational practices   - Implement city expansion plan including fleet expansion, on-ground training and new vendor sign ups on FP delivery   - Oversee all administrative issues pertaining to city including Office development, fleet payroll, incentive roll out   - Manage fleet productivity, delivery time, delays, reorder rate, cancellations and other delivery KPIs with constant endeavour for efficient delivery operations with optimum Cost/order  - Lead employee grooming for delivery fleet & provide best-in-class HR support to ensure minimum attrition & superior customer service   - Manage local manpower contracts, hiring projections to ensure consistent productivity with no demand shock   Skills/Qualifications:   - Been there done that. Should have 7+ years relevant experience of working in hyper competitive environments.   - Entrepreneurial spirit, unmatched passion and an ability to get things done.   - Good local knowledge of the city and should speak the local language.   - Ability to align teams towards common goals.   - Should have experience in working in multi-cultural teams.   - Strong people and process management skills.   - Should be comfortable in travelling and relocating (if required)   - Should be comfortable in working extended hours.   - Strong work ethics is a must.   - Excellent crisis management skills.   - Strong supply chain, logistics background is MUST  - Excellent business acumen   About foodpanda  foodpanda, together with its affiliated brands hellofood and Delivery Club, is one of the world's largest online food ordering marketplaces.
