About the Role:

We are seeking an accomplished and strategic Sales Director to lead the sales function, drive business growth, and shape the company's revenue strategy. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in leading sales teams, developing scalable sales processes, and achieving ambitious business objectives through strategic planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities (KRA):

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve organizational revenue and market share goals.

- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to deliver consistent performance and exceed targets.

- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and emerging trends.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to enhance brand reputation.

- Drive cross-selling and joint marketing initiatives to maximize profitability and brand exposure.

- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, preparing regular operational and financial reports.

- Collaborate with marketing, product, and business development teams to align strategies with business objectives.

- Implement scalable sales processes, tools, and performance management systems to improve efficiency.

- Foster a high-performance culture focused on continuous learning, accountability, and customer success.

- Represent the company at key industry events, client meetings, and strategic negotiations.

Key Skillsets:

- 5-12 years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

- Proven track record of building and scaling high-performing sales teams.

- Strong strategic thinking and business acumen with the ability to drive long-term growth.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills.

- Deep understanding of market dynamics, customer segmentation, and competitive positioning.

- Strong analytical and reporting skills for data-driven decision-making.

- Proficiency in CRM platforms, MS Office Suite, and sales analytics tools.
