Role Summary:
The Liaison Officer will be responsible for coordinating with state and central government departments to obtain statutory approvals, licenses, and clearances required for company operations. The role requires strong knowledge of government procedures in Rajasthan, effective follow-up capabilities, and the ability to manage compliance-related documentation efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with state and central government departments for statutory approvals and compliances
- Coordinate with Department of Petroleum, Mines & Geology, Environment & Pollution Control, Forest Department, and other authorities
- Follow up on licenses, permissions, NOCs, and renewals within defined timelines
- Represent the company in meetings with government officials and regulatory bodies
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams for compliance requirements
- Ensure timely submission of applications, documents, and statutory reports
- Maintain accurate records, files, trackers, and status reports
- Monitor regulatory updates and support compliance adherence

- Timely acquisition and renewal of statutory approvals and licenses
- Zero compliance lapses or regulatory delays impacting operations
- Effective coordination with government departments and consultants
- Accuracy and completeness of compliance documentation
- Positive working relationships with regulatory authorities
- Timely reporting of approval status and regulatory updates
Required Skillsets:
- Proven experience in government liaisoning within Rajasthan
- Strong understanding of state and central government procedures
- Experience coordinating with oil & gas, mining, environment, and forest departments
- Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple approvals simultaneously
- Good documentation, reporting, and record-keeping skills
- Familiarity with local administrative systems and protocols
Preferred Qualifications:
- Post-Graduate/Graduate degree in any discipline
- Prior experience in oil & gas, energy, mining, or infrastructure sectors
