Key Responsibilities :
- Drive governance processes, ensuring alignment between HR practices and business objectives.
- Manage grievance redressal mechanisms, promoting fairness and transparency across the
organization.
- Oversee performance management systems, including goal-setting, reviews, and appraisals.
- Ensure statutory compliance and labor law adherence across the organization.
- Foster a strong culture of employee engagement, motivation, and continuous learning.
- Lead HR audits, MIS reporting, and ensure timely closure of HR-related processes.
- Manage and mentor the HR team to deliver efficient and effective HR services.
Education - MBA / Masters degree in Human Resources, or equivalent qualification.
Experience :
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, statutory compliance, and grievance handling.
- Proven experience in performance management, policy governance, and employee relations.
- Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Proficiency in HRMS and Office tools.
