Manager - Digital Marketing
Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage end-to-end digital marketing strategies across web, SEO/SEM, social media, email, and display advertising.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics, generate insights, and continuously optimize campaigns to improve ROI.
- Lead, mentor, and manage cross-functional teams including marketing executives, designers, and copywriters.
- Coordinate with media partners, influencers, agencies, and external vendors for campaign execution.
- Stay updated with emerging digital marketing trends, tools, platforms, and technologies.
- Oversee the creation and optimization of campaign landing pages, conduct A/B testing, and recommend UX/UI improvements.
- Plan, manage, and monitor digital marketing budgets while ensuring effective spend and returns.
- Prepare detailed performance reports and presentations for internal stakeholders and clients.
- Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors to enhance brand visibility.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 4 to 8 years of experience in digital marketing, with significant exposure to agency environments preferred.
- Proven experience in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across multiple industries.
Strong hands-on expertise with digital marketing tools such as:
1. Google Analytics
2. Google Ads
3. Facebook/Meta Ads
4. SEO tools
5. Email marketing platforms
6. CMS platforms
Certifications (preferred but not mandatory):
i. Google Ads
ii. Facebook Blueprint
iii. HubSpot
iv. Digital Marketing certifications
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, motivate, and guide diverse teams.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and strategic thinking abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
