Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing automation strategies leveraging tools like n8n for workflow automation.
- Manage CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and build integrations for seamless data flow.
- Create and maintain automated email campaigns, lead nurturing workflows, and multi-channel campaigns.
- Analyze campaign data and provide insights for continual optimization.
- Collaborate with sales, content, and design teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Monitor performance dashboards, ensure data accuracy, and handle compliance.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 4+ years in marketing automation, preferably in SaaS or digital products.
- Hands-on expertise with marketing automation platforms including n8n, HubSpot, Active Campaign, Klaviyo, or similar.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing analytics tools (GTM, UTM tracking, Google Looker Studio).
- Strong understanding of lead generation strategies, customer journey mapping, and attribution models.
- Proficiency in automation workflow design and API integrations.
- Knowledge of AI marketing tools and the ability to apply them to automate and optimize campaigns.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
Education:
- Mandatory: Bachelor's degree, or a related discipline.
- Preferred: MBA in Marketing or equivalent advanced business qualification to lead strategy and team collaboration effectively.
