Job Description:


A Contracts and Claims Manager with over 8 years of experience in contract lifecycle management, claims preparation, and dispute resolution in large-scale EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) projects, ensuring compliance, risk mitigation, and financial protection for the organization.

Key Responsibilities:


- Lead drafting, negotiation, review, and administration of contracts, including NDAs, MoUs, and subcontracts aligned with main contracts like FIDIC standards.

- Manage variations, change orders, extensions of time (EOT), cost claims, and delay analysis, collaborating with planning, engineering, and commercial teams to protect entitlements.

- Prepare and consolidate documentation for claims/counterclaims, conduct negotiations, and support dispute resolution via mediation, arbitration, or litigation.

- Monitor project progress, contractual obligations, and risks; provide advisory on scheduling impacts, earned value management, and compliance reporting.

Qualifications And Experience:


- Bachelors degree in engineering (Electrical preferred, Civil /Mechanical/Electronics acceptable), with additional qualifications in Contract Management, Law, or Arbitration advantageous.

- 8+ years in contracts/claims on major EPC projects (e.g., power, infrastructure, energy, grid), with proven expertise in variation orders, EOT, cost claims, and scheduling tools.

- Excellent drafting skills, superior written and verbal communication, analytical mindset, and proficiency in FIDIC/NEC contracts.
