Our vision is to be $20 billion Company by 2020.  Yes, we have great plans for the future, but we have come this far in a short span of 6 years, largely because we have stayed focused on hiring and retaining the best talent and offering our employees great opportunities for learning, skill development and growth. Flipkart’s vision is to be the most preferred destination for ALL shoppers in India  Position: Sr Manager - Partner Services  Location: Bangalore, India  Position Background:  Senior Manager - Partner Services, must be a team player, setup infrastructure for our Private label after sales support and develop a team which can deliver and meet all key performance indicators as set out and responsible for the delivery of service centers across India.  Responsibilities:  Partner Service management:  - Work closely with Retail teams to identify and on board service partners who can offer after sales support for Private labels. This includes electronics and large/ Small appliances.   - Implement Repair and Service network across India  - Handle customer facing metrics for partner network PAN India.   - Build models for in warranty and out warranty repairs.   - Responsible for Quality assurance management at all centers. This includes C Sat per service center, Happy calls, Mystery shopping etc.  - Set up an inhouse team or identify outsourcing opportunities to Conducting technical and financial audit of Partner center operations and their service standards  - Process Management for allocated service centers.   - Warranty extensions and transfers.   - Reduce failure rates through timely feedback on the product.   - Closely work with own and partner supply chain management teams to ensure timely delivery of spares and replacement units at service center locations.  - Help in timely launch of new products through support of service supply chain and Retail teams.   - Pre launch service readiness.   - Ensure KRA’s for partner operations are met as per Flipkart standards.  - Have a team to handle all customer escalations and capture VOC.   - Integration of partner CRM with internal systems.   - Understand and implement usage of technology wherever manual intervention can be avoided.   - Render help to Retail and supply chain teams and help them in liquidation process.   Profitability/ Savings Initiatives:  - Develop initiatives and strategies that lead to cost savings and service improvement.  - Identify areas of opportunities and ensure upstream flow of information to reduce NTFs.   - Reduction of customer returns.   - Reduce bounce rates.   Customer Service / Partner Relationships:  - Help develop a “Customer experience center” to all customer s who contact us.   - Pro-actively develop and manage partner / business unit relationships ensuring that the expected service levels are achieved.  - Handle customer escalations.   Desired Skills and Experience:  - Any Graduate who is experienced in vendor management, preferably working with retail entities such as Reliance, Croma etc. Should be working with a service provider or should have experience working with brands and handling their service providers.   - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to assert strategic leadership, foresight and effective judgment.  - Strong analytical skills. Hands on experience on analytical tools would be an added advantage.   - Interpersonal skills with a strong customer focus.  - Demonstrate initiative   Please Note: Candidates working with Electronic appliances companies or with vendors offering similar service would be given preference.
