Position: Senior Manager, Design and Experience (Alternate Delivery Model, Alternate Reach Model)  Location: Bangalore, India  Position Background:  Roles and Responsibilities  - Create long term strategy for Last Mile and tie up with corporate strategy  - Translates business vision and strategy into operational tactics; builds the organizational support and infrastructure needed to achieve them, including development of service delivery offerings in collaboration with the leadership team for Last Mile  - Leads large scale change management initiatives across geographies with best practice methodology as a framework and requiring substantial re-engineering of current systems and processes  - Design, develops and implements plans that create a flexible and efficient global operational model that is able to scale with organizational growth. Manages all aspects of operational efficiency projects, demonstrating a large-scale program management expertise  - Leads, inspires and develops a talented team that supports the strategic and future needs of the business and drives for efficiencies and improves effectiveness.  - Leads the Business Innovation & Transformation team in the design, planning, optimization and implementation of new operational process workflows that support Flipkart's growth initiatives, new products and services  - Product Strategy: determining the 3 year core strategic vision for where we- ll compete, how we- ll compete why we- ll be successful in achieving our business goals  - Product Planning: translating Core Strategic Vision into rolling 6 month prioritized product roadmap and securing overall buyin from top management  - Customer Engagement: inbound/outbound customer engagement to solicit input for next generation products and proactively evangelize our offering with internal/external customers  - Designing and managing customer experience through people, process and technology  - Builds strong, collaborative relationships throughout the assigned vertical/business unit; works in a cooperative and collaborative relationship with Flipkart's divisional team(s)  - Creates cohesive, cross functional teams that are willing and capable of taking the operational organizational development forward. Fosters a culture of student centeredness and continuous operational improvement  - Establishes plans, budgets, and necessary resource allocation; able to effectively implement mid-course corrections based on ever-changing business needs.  - Conceptualization of new business models for Last Mile  - End to end thinking of implementing new business processes  - Managing partnership and building new strategic alliances  - Creation of product vision to support strategy - based on customer value proposition, mapping the log-term product and business strategy, and planning the development, releases and growth product.  - Managing multiple products to fulfill LM requirement  Key Competencies:  A. Proactive, critical thinking and follow up organization skills are necessary. The ideal candidate will have the ability to multi task and interact with internal and external customers.   - Actionable insight on the problems that large enterprises are trying to solve related to Customer Experience and the technical depth to understand the merits of approaches for solving them  - Accuracy, timeliness and quality of designs, proposals, documentation, project implementations and  Reporting Design reviews and design standardization.  Educational Qualification:  Engineering Graduate (IITs, Tier 1) with an MBA (IIMs, ISB, Tier 1) with 6+ years- experience in Supply Chain Product Management and Consulting
