Role Overview:

As a Senior Manager - Ad Sales (Flipkart Ads), you will be responsible for driving Ads Revenue for Flipkart and business growth for Sellers, through our porfolio of Performance and Display Advertising solutions. You will manage key accounts, develop and execute sales plans, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure client success and satisfaction. This role directly impacts Flipkart's advertising revenue and strengthens relationships with key Seller/Brand partners, ultimately enhancing the overall customer experience on the platform. Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve Ads Revenue targets for Flipkart Ads, focusing on key industry verticals.

- Manage and grow relationships with key advertising clients, acting as a trusted advisor and consultant on digital advertising strategies.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the Flipkart Ads client base and market share.

- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product, and operations, to ensure seamless campaign execution and client satisfaction.

- Analyze campaign performance data and provide insights and recommendations to clients to optimize their advertising ROI.

- Stay abreast of industry trends and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.

- Negotiate and finalize advertising agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions.

- Forecast sales accurately and provide regular updates to management on progress against targets.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies in the digital advertising space.

- Proven experience in key account management, building and maintaining strong client relationships.-Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for engaging with both internal and external stakeholders.

- Good understanding of digital marketing principles, including performance, display and off-platform advertising

- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

- 3-6 years of experience in Ad Sales, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
