Roles & Responsibilities:

Regional Leadership:

- Lead and manage overall Last Mile operations across multiple hubs within the region, ensuring seamless first-attempt deliveries, cost optimization, and service quality.

Hub Operations Management:

- Oversee daily operations of Last Mile delivery hubs, ensuring adherence to SLAs for on-time delivery, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

Team Management:

- Directly manage Area Managers, Hub In-Charges, and Delivery Associates, fostering a performance-driven culture focused on safety, compliance, and operational excellence.

Performance Monitoring:

- Track KPIs such as Delivery TAT, Cost per Shipment, RTO%, and Productivity metrics; identify gaps and drive process improvement initiatives.

Process Improvement:

- Implement Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to enhance process efficiency, reduce turnaround time, and improve delivery accuracy.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

- Coordinate with Central Operations, Transportation, Planning, HR, and Finance teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and timely issue resolution.

Vendor & Partner Management:

- Manage third-party logistics (3PL) partners, monitor contractual compliance, and ensure optimal resource deployment.

Manpower Planning & Budgeting:

- Drive annual resource and cost planning, ensuring optimal workforce utilization aligned with regional business demand.

Compliance & Safety:

- Ensure 100% adherence to statutory, safety, and audit requirements, maintaining a zero-noncompliance culture across hubs.

Business Expansion:

- Support new hub launches, capacity planning, and regional scalability projects in line with business growth.

Customer Experience:

- Drive continuous improvement in NPS, customer communication, and service reliability across the delivery network.
