Engagement Manager/Sr Eng Mgr - Inventory Planning  - Responsible for planning backed with intense data analysis for Inventory and Network within Flipkart aiming to maximise topline while minimising costs. Making tactical and strategic changes, setting up processes and systems for overall growth of bottom line. Manage the execution of reporting and analysis to provide actionable, quantitative information that enables effective decision making. Develop and prepare recurring and ad hoc reports to assist in the monitoring, measurement, and management of the business and key initiatives.   - Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to define objectives, develop plans, conduct analyses and communicate results.   - 30% of the Job would be surprise  Responsibilities   - Experience in handling business and supply chain related analysis. Leadership role, handling P&L, Strong Business analysis skills, with the ability to present results and make recommendations to senior management.  Minimum 5-8 yrs. of experience in similar business.   Requirements   - Pass out from Top-10 B-School   - High growth orientation   - Must be analytically sound and comfortable handling large volumes of data and its interpretation   - Candidate needs to have a winning attitude and an ability to never get bogged down by issues, problems   - Right candidate needs to be able to survive in a fast-paced work environment with little or no help
