Think Flipkart.  To carry forward the fast-paced growth, Flipkart is looking for a Manager – HRIS.   The Manager – HRIS will be a critical member of our team and would be responsible for creating & managing a world class HR Technology function for Flipkart.  Responsibilities:  - Responsible for creating & managing a world class HR Technology and workforce function for Flipkart  - Responsible for the implementation effort and project management for all the HR Tools.  - Own and manage the HRMS and other HR tools for Flipkart.   - Responsible for creation of PRD, testing and UATs for the all the HR Tools in Flipkart.   - Interface with the external and internal customers on all the business requirements, system bugs, changes etc.  - Proactively suggest and implement changes to business processes where HR systems can create efficiency  - Evaluate potential challenges around HR processes and address proactively to enhance employee  satisfaction.  - Collaborate effectively with all stake holders within and outside of HR organization   Desired skills and experience:  - Bachelor’s degree (Master’s degree preferred) with 8 + years of experience in HRIS with high growth complex companies.   - Good technical proficiency with HR technology area.  - Strong knowledge on cloud based HRMS system like Success factors etc   - Strong implementation knowledge on different HR tools.   - Analytical/logical ability and a solution selling approach  - Outstanding Planning, organizing & execution skills  - Self-starter / high energy, deadline-driven, dependable and can deliver results with aggressive deadlines.  - Strong people management & customer service experience.  - Exceptional written and oral communication skills, including the ability to communicate technical or financial information to a non-technical audience Manage available resources effectively and promote HR capabilities.  - Good influencing skills with ability to work collaboratively across teams
