Flipkart - Manager - FC Operations - Central Zone

Key Responsibilities:

Infrastructure & Capacity Planning:

- Lead Annual Operating Plan (AOP) for Grocery FSCs.

- Plan and monitor capacity requirements based on demand forecasts and seasonal impacts.

- Drive extra capacity planning based on pendency and business needs.

Cost & Productivity Management:

- Own P&L for Grocery FSCs, focusing on fixed and variable cost optimization.

- Implement Variable Manpower (MP) strategies for non-skilled activities.

- Align Smart QC processes and productivity metrics with Business Finance and FCs.

Process Excellence & Innovation:

- Drive IPP improvement through process design and excellence.

- Lead RFID implementation in totes and optimize Actual TMS activities.

- Track UPP & CPO improvements and ensure closure of IPP actions.

Planning & Execution:

- Ensure monthly planning closure with holiday and recovery inputs.

- Maintain and update planning sheets with additional activities and SOP use cases.

- Monitor VCPO and FCPO plans vs actuals.

Stakeholder & People Management:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Business Finance, FCs, and Design.

- Lead a team of planners and analysts, fostering a culture of speed, execution, and problem-solving.

- Conduct exploratory discussions, phone screenings, and hiring manager rounds for team expansion.
