Objectives:   - The Strategy team facilitates the development of both Flipkart's long term growth strategy and more immediate operational decisions by providing fact based analysis, consumer insights, and practical recommendations to key decision makers across the organization. The team will have to collaborate with business leaders to ensure execution of recommended strategic initiatives. The team will also look at potential in-organic plays for the company including strategic investments, M&A and partnerships with relevant players.   Your Part :   - Work with category and function teams to proactively identify, develop and drive strategies and initiatives for Flipkart   - Plan, organize, and support consumer research by working closely with internal team and external vendors   - Drive implementation of key initiatives (including taking responsibility for performance)   - Industry and competitor trends and insights to drive differentiation and response to counter competitive moves   - New category identification and business case development for Flipkart’s entry   - Strategic and financial due diligence for inorganic opportunities   - Benchmarking with competitors and Global best practices   - Creation of business plans and presentations   - This role will provide a great launch pad for moving into impactful operational /P&L role over a period of time.   You’re Array (Nice to Haves):   - Expertise in relevant sectors like Consulting, Retail, Consumer electronics, Logistics and E-commerce   - Strong financial modelling and analysis skills   - Proficiency in market research, business plan creation and presentations skills   - Proficiency in MS excel and power point to make succinct and clear presentations   You (Must Haves):   - MBA from Tier 1 institutes in India/Abroad   We are looking for candidates with 3 - 5 years of management consulting/Strategy development experience as below:   - Min 2 to 3 years (Senior Associate, Consultant) at Boston Consulting Group, Mckinsey, Bain, A T Kearny , SDG, Diamond, Booz and other top tier consulting firms.   - Min 4 years (Senior Consultant, Manager ) at EnY, PWC, KPMG and similar management consulting firms.   Only candidates with experience (current or previous) with above organisations should apply.
