Role Overview : As an HR BUSINESS PARTNER (HRBP) , You will act as a strategic partner to business leaders, driving people strategy and ensuring alignment with organizational goals . You will be responsible for talent management, employee engagement , performance management , talent development , Recruitment , and overall HR operations for your assigned business unit.
Key responsibilities :
- Partner with business leaders to design and implement effective HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Aligning business with performance management processes to improve Individual Development Plan
- Lead employee engagement initiative to build a motivated and inclusive culture.
- Provide guidance on HR policies , labor law compliance , and grievance handling
- Manage employee relations and ensure timely resolution of disciplinary issues.
- Ensure smooth execution of HR operational processes at the site or regional level
Key skills & competencies :
- Strong business acumen and management skills

- Problem - solving and decision -making skills
-Analytical mindset and proficiency with HR data and reports .
Qualification :
- MBA / PGDM IN Human Resources
- 3-5 years of HR experience ( preferably in HRBP , Or HR Operations roles )
- Experience in E-commerce , logistics , or manufacturing setup preferred
- Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS tools .
