Enhance multiple channels i.e. Employee Referrals, Direct Sourcing, Social recruiting etc  - Partner with business for on-time delivery  - Meeting targets for accuracy, quality, volume and agreed service levels  - Build and strengthen the market research, pipeline building activities, proactive engagement process with active and passive candidate pool   - Build a strong relationship with the customers externally and internally and create recruitment functions credibility  - Work with vendors to deliver as per requirement   - Update hiring metrics and monitor these metrics on a daily /weekly basis.   - Manage the post selection process of salary fitments (post approval from Business & HRBP), taking necessary recruitment approvals, salary discussions, notice period, joining dates etc. Ensure all necessary approvals and processes related to recruitment are completed on time before the candidate joins.  - Responsible for Pre Joining & on boarding activities  Must Have Skills:   - Minimum experience of 4 to 6 years in Recruitment / TA, with relevant experience in managing the hiring for Corporate functions & Customer Service Delivery etc.   - Bachelor degree / Master Degree in any Specialization  - Demonstrated ability to work in a high growth and dynamic business environment. Ability to deal with ambiguity, understand business requirements and translate those into Recruiting efforts   Desired Competencies:  - Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and Strong in problem solving skills   - Sharp analytical capabilities  - High focus on outcomes and ability to stand up to committed deliverables   - Ability to multi-task and perform effectively under pressure and adapt to change   - Self-confident, articulate and outgoing individual
