Director - HR Tech Role overview: - The HR Technology Leader is responsible for defining, designing, and executing a comprehensive digital HR strategy aligned with the broader people and technology strategy of the organization. - This role ensures the effective deployment of innovative digital HR solutions, enabling seamless and efficient HR processes while driving data-driven decision-making and enhancing employee experience. - As a key partner to the CHRO and HR leadership team, this role will oversee the architecture, configuration, and management of digital HR platforms, ensuring robust technology integrations that support organizational goals. Primary Responsibilities but not limited to: Digital HR Strategy & Design: - Develop and execute a digital HR strategy aligned with the overall people and technology roadmap. - Define and maintain the architecture of HR digital platforms, ensuring scalability, security, and alignment with organizational needs. - Identify opportunities for technology-driven improvements in HR processes and employee engagement. Digital Solutions Development & Deployment: - Lead the implementation and management of HR technology solutions, including HR Information Systems (HRIS), employee self-service portals, mobile applications, and other digital tools. - Ensure seamless integration of HR technologies with enterprise systems, optimizing workflows and enhancing user experience. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system requirements and prioritize deliverables. Stakeholder Collaboration & Engagement: - Partner with HR stakeholders to understand business needs and co-create digital solutions for recruitment, onboarding, performance management, learning and development, and engagement processes. - Provide technical and strategic guidance to HR and business leaders on emerging HR technology trends. Continuous Improvement & Innovation: - Audit and analyze existing HR processes to identify opportunities for automation and simplification. - Research and recommend new technologies and system enhancements to improve efficiency and service delivery. - Drive innovation by integrating technology and people, fostering a culture of digital transformation. Governance, Compliance, & Security: - Ensure HR systems are compliant with data protection and security regulations. - Regularly audit HR technology processes to maintain the integrity and security of people data. - Oversee the accuracy, timeliness, and compliance of HR documentation and systems. Operational Leadership: - Collaborate with HR Operations to ensure accurate and timely people data management. - Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure a seamless HR service delivery experience. - Provide leadership in the development, implementation, and maintenance of HR databases and enterprise resource planning systems. Qualifications for HR Tech leader: - Exceptional communication skills with demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with both a technical audience and business users - Resourceful, detail-oriented and results driven - Strong experience supporting a wide variety of HR systems - Minimum 10 years of Technology, HR and Learning - Minimum of 5-10 years of experience selecting, implementing, integrating and operating HR technologies with organization(s) of 20,000+ employees - Bachelor's degree in HR, computer science, or related field - Anticipates questions, thinks ahead, plans for contingencies
