We are Hiring | Associate Director - Warehouse Operations

Flipkart is looking for a strong, execution-focused Associate Director Warehouse Operations to lead large-scale fulfillment and sort center operations and drive operational excellence across our supply chain network.

What you'll do:

- Lead end-to-end warehouse/sortation center operations across high-volume fulfillment centers

- Drive productivity, cost optimization, and SLA adherence at scale

- Build and mentor high-performing teams across shifts and functions

- Own continuous improvement initiatives in safety, quality, and process excellence

- Partner with cross-functional teams on automation, capacity planning, and peak readiness

- Use data and metrics to drive decisions and deliver consistent results

What we're looking for:

- 10-14+ years of experience in warehouse, fulfillment, supply chain, or manufacturing operations

- Proven experience managing large teams in high-throughput environments

- Strong exposure to e-commerce, manufacturing, retail, or 3PL operations

- Hands-on leadership mindset with strong problem-solving and execution skills

- Experience in scaling operations, driving automation, and operational transformation
