You are Responsible for: - Develop, administer, and evaluate employee benefit policies, including leaves, parental, car lease, relocation amongst others. - Analyse and recommend improvements to Insurance plans including group medical, accidental, and term life insurance plans, ensuring compliance with regulations and alignment with company goals. - Manage relationships with insurance providers and vendors to negotiate competitive plans and ensure seamless delivery of benefits. - Design and implement wellness initiatives focusing on mental, physical, and emotional well-being, including Employee Assistance Programs (EAP). - Lead the employee recognition charter, creating and executing programs to celebrate achievements and foster a culture of appreciation. - Analyze market trends and benchmarking data to ensure competitive and equitable total rewards offerings. - Collaborate with HR and leadership to communicate benefits and recognition programs effectively to employees. - Maintain accurate records, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. - Provide guidance to employees on benefits-related inquiries and support open enrollment processes. - To succeed in this role - you should have the following Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree or relevant certification, e.g., CEBS, CCP, or SHRM-CP, is a plus). - 8-10 years of experience in total rewards or benefits administration, preferably in a fast-paced environment like e-commerce. - Strong knowledge of employee benefits, group insurance plans, and wellness program design. - Experience managing EAP plans and employee recognition programs. - Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven recommendations. - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with employees and stakeholders at all levels. - Proficiency in HRIS systems, benefits platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint). - Knowledge of local labor laws and compliance requirements related to benefits.
