Flipkart - Associate Director - Partnership - NBFC/Banking

Business Development- Head, Bank Alliances for Flipkart, Cleartrip and Myntra.

The role is responsible for heading key business relationships and forge new partnerships with banks/NBFC's/networks for Flipkart, Cleartrip and Myntra. The role will also include interacting with the product, operations, legal, accounting and finance teams for implementation and driving them to closure.

You are responsible for:

Strategic Partnerships:

- Understand and explore key partner engagements externally

- Explore mutual benefi ts for bank partners/NBFC's/payment networks

- Work closely with the identifi ed parties to detail out the plan of engagement, expected business results, proposed timelines

- Manage end to end legal details of the engagement along with the respective teams

- Forecasting, measuring and reporting results of campaigns on relevant metrics with partners.

Project Management & Execution

- Project manage the execution of the project once the deal has been signed with the parties

- Ensure cross functional alignment and drive execution from internal stakeholders like Finance, legal, Product & technology teams, etc.

- Ideate on ways to enhance the engagement with the partner involved.

- Create a systematic, process driven approach to manage and onboard banking/fi nancial partnerships to run offers on platform.

- Negotiating and fi nalizing offers with categories and relevant stakeholders.

- Share data, insights and best practices from within the company and outside to constantly help improve customer experience.

- Build AOP and strategy planning for the portfolio to drive year on year growth Identify gaps in existing business processes and fi ll those gaps with business understanding.

- Also, device SOP for handling these with the operations team. Be on top of latest RBI guidelines and new payments initiatives.

Desired Skills

Post Graduate with minimum 12 years of work experience in the payments domain. Analytical skills with the ability to drive insights for business
