Roles & Responsibilities  - Responsible for the overall revenue target for the Govt. + PSU vertical  - Independently manage the sales cycle end to end from cold calling, business development, qualification, negotiation and closure of the deal  - Develops account plans and long-term sales pipeline to increase company's market share  - Works with the management to develop future business plans; independently determines methods for achieving plans  - Builds strong professional relationships with key business executives, including C level executives  - Directs and coordinates all activity on account(s)  Key Success Factors :  - Achieve 100% of the revenue targets set for the vertical  - Maintain a min. revenue growth of 30% MoM  - Maintain an average NPS score of 70 and above  Business Mix : Existing customer repeat rate at 60%, new account addition 30%, run rate business 10%  Candidate Requirement :  - Graduates/Engineers from Tier 1 colleges   - Professionals with deep interest in handling Govt+PSU sector accounts/relations  - Existing relationships in this space preferred  - Ability to work independently or with min. supervision  - Great written and oral communication, high level of maturity: more of a doer and less of a thinker  - High level of negotiation skills at high level customer management  - Adept at advanced sales negotiations and positioning product value under pricing pressures
