Job Responsibilities: - Spearhead Grocery control tower for Flipkart - Able to manage cross functional team and resolve issue. - Define CT play book and adhere to that. - Define track day to day KPI and monthly KPI. - Publish monthly plan for CL with coordination of all stake holder. - Accountable for publish RCA and city Grocery score card . - Responsible for setting up CT of Grocery operation in multi city. - Publish plan vs actual on monthly basis and day to day basis. - Work closely with Logistics and Retail teams in reviewing and optimization of distribution network. - Drive on-the-ground implementation of any new technology/System/Processes for the Grocery. - Develop, mentor and motivate the team in the region to achieve higher goals. Key Skills: - Strategic thinker - Analytical skill & hand on exp on analytical tool - Change Management skills: Processes, Policies, Training & Systems - Strong communication, interpersonal skills - Strong bias for Impact based Action : Flipkart works at a very rapid pace & that is what would be expected.
