Flexiloans - General Manager - Operations

The role in a gist:

As FlexiLoans enters the next orbit of growth, we are looking for people with the passion and hunger to make a dent in the MSME ecosystem. In this role, you will be in the operations team, playing a crucial role in overseeing and managing key projects related to financial operations.

What we are looking for in the role:

- Work closely with senior leadership to establish a robust operational framework that supports business continuity.

- Develop and implement scalable processes that align with the companys growth objectives.

- Oversee teams, providing mentorship and leadership to supervisors and junior managers.

- Custodian of processes related to Bank reconciliation, GL Reconciliation, Reconciliation of Disbursement, Reschedulement, Termination Control Accounts daily, NACH, repayment etc.

- Expertise in LMS Product configuration and handling new Projects related to LMS.

- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration between teams to improve overall efficiency.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.

- Assist in budgeting and resource allocation to optimize operational costs.

- Support the development of contingency plans to ensure uninterrupted service delivery.

- Strong understanding of financial operations, including GL reconciliation and bank reconciliation processes.

- Experience in coordinating with internal and statutory auditors for financial audits.

- Familiarity with revenue recognition and expense management frameworks, particularly within an NBFC or fintech environment.

Ideal Candidate:

- Strong business acumen and exposure in managing senior stakeholders and experience in handling large teams.

- Minimum 10 years of experience in handling Banking / NBFC Operations, direct experience in Unsecured Lending is a plus.

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualification & Experience:

- Chartered Accountant/MBA in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.

- Well-versed with all basic tools, viz MS Excel and other MS Office applications.
