Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & GTM Initiatives

- Collaborate directly with the Founder to define and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies and sales growth initiatives.

- Drive the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) - including goal setting, performance tracking, and progress reviews.

- Identify whitespace opportunities and execute data-backed market expansion and revenue projects.

- Evaluate new business opportunities and build business cases for growth and optimization.

Sales Enablement & Process Optimization

- Partner with Sales Leaders to enhance sales playbooks, pipeline management, and conversion visibility.

- Build scalable frameworks for lead management, forecasting, and performance governance.

- Identify and eliminate process bottlenecks across the sales cycle using automation and data insights.

Data & Business Insights

- Leverage AI and analytics tools to derive insights that guide GTM and sales decisions.

- Present business performance updates and strategic insights to the Founders and leadership team for decision-making.Cross-functional Collaboration & Strategic Projects

- Lead high-impact projects across sales, GTM, and revenue enablement.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive alignment and ensure timely execution of strategic initiatives.

- Deliver measurable business outcomes through structured project management and reporting.

What We're Looking For

- 2-4 years of experience in strategy, business operations, sales enablement, consulting, or EIR roles.

- Strong understanding of SaaS sales motion, GTM strategy, and operational improvement.

- MBA from a Tier-1 or Tier-2 business school (required)

- Proven ability to manage cross-functional strategic projects from concept to execution.

- Analytical thinker with strong data management, problem-solving, and execution skills.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation abilities.

- Proficiency in tools like Excel/Google Sheets, Power BI/Tableau, HubSpot/Salesforce, and presentation tools.

- Bias for action, experimentation, and continuous learning with new AI technologies.

- Ability to operate in high-ambiguity, high-growth environments with ownership and autonomy.

Ideal Background:

- Early-career professionals from consulting, SaaS startups, or EIR environments.

- Exposure to sales strategy, GTM planning, or business operations excellence.

- Strong quantitative aptitude and structured problem-solving skills.
