Enterprise Sales Manager (8-15 yrs)

A Day in the Life as an Enterprise Sales Manager

1. Orchestrates and leads the execution of the account strategy aligned with revenue and growth targets

2. Develops long term C-level relationships, creates, and manages a strong joint FleetX-Customer governance model

3. Build and drive sales pipeline, qualify opportunities and move engagements towards closures, Provide timely, accurate forecasts and clear visibility on sales and revenue performance by actively handling your pipeline of opportunities.

4. Influences and leads a team of resources from various LoBs, functions and geographies - runs effective cadence to achieve alignment of vision for the account with all internal stakeholders and participants

5. Drives and identifies co-innovation opportunities, then facilitates moving from pipeline to delivery of the opportunities through relevant engagement with Product Engineering and Platform & Tech stakeholders in FleetX

6. Provides leadership around outcome realization for the customer initiatives

7. Eliminate sales risk and put our solutions ahead of competitions

- 5-15 years of experience selling business software and/or IT solutions

- Experience selling to CXOs

- Proven track record in target achievement

- Experience of selling either Supply Chain or logistics solutions
