
Description:
Enterprise Sales Manager is accountable for revenue growth, the end-to-end satisfaction, and reference ability of the customer(s) throughout the customer lifecycle. The individual will lead and coordinate customer engagements across all lines of business (Presales, Customer Success, Consulting/Services, Development, Marketing, and Partner management) - orchestrating all parties around a single, clearly articulated account strategy.
To drive toward success, the AE ensures three critical elements are in place: a customer validated solution roadmap, an associated account strategy and annual plan. He/she is ultimately measured by the adoption of FleetX solutions, growth in revenues, and overall customer success.
A Day in the Life as an Enterprise Sales Manager:
- Orchestrates and leads the execution of the account strategy aligned with revenue and growth targets.
- Develops long term C-level relationships, creates, and manages a strong joint FleetX-Customer governance model.
- Build and drive sales pipeline, qualify opportunities and move engagements towards closures
- Provide timely, accurate forecasts and clear visibility on sales and revenue performance by actively handling your pipeline of opportunities.
- Influences and leads a team of resources from various LoBs, functions and geographies - runs effective cadence to achieve alignment of vision for the account with all internal stakeholders and participants.
- Drives and identifies co-innovation opportunities, then facilitates moving from pipeline to delivery of the opportunities through relevant engagement with Product Engineering and Platform & Tech stakeholders in Fleetx.
- Provides leadership around outcome realization for the customer initiatives.
- Eliminate sales risk and put our solutions ahead of competitions.
