Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Key Account Manager (KAM) to join our team. This role is ideal for professionals who have a passion for building long-term client relationships, driving account growth, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a KAM, you will be the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring their success, satisfaction, and sustained engagement with Fleetx solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Relationship Management:

- Develop, nurture, and strengthen relationships with key clients, acting as their trusted advisor.

- Regularly engage with clients to understand their goals, challenges, and evolving needs.

- Maintain long-term strategic partnerships that contribute to revenue stability and growth.

2. Account Growth & Business Development:

- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.

- Work closely with clients to identify how Fleetx can add greater value to their operations.

- Collaborate with the sales and product teams to expand account potential and drive business growth.

3. Communication & Client Engagement:

- Serve as the single point of contact for client queries, escalations, and feedback.

- Conduct regular business reviews with clients, presenting performance insights, ROI impact, and future roadmaps.

- Ensure transparent and proactive communication to enhance client trust and satisfaction.

4. Problem-Solving & Service Excellence:

- Anticipate and proactively resolve client issues that may impact satisfaction or service delivery.

- Collaborate with internal teams (operations, product, IoT support, and engineering) to deliver seamless solutions.

- Ensure SLAs are consistently met and clients' operational goals are supported effectively.

5. Cross-functional Collaboration:

- Partner with internal stakeholders to drive solution customizations and process improvements.

- Share client feedback and insights with the product team to influence roadmap and innovation.

- Act as the client's advocate within Fleetx, ensuring their priorities are well-represented.

6. Data-Driven Insights & Reporting:

- Analyze client usage data, performance trends, and KPIs to identify areas of improvement.

- Prepare monthly/quarterly reports highlighting account health, growth opportunities, and strategic recommendations.

- Leverage analytics to demonstrate the value of Fleetx solutions in transforming logistics operations.

7. Prior exposure to logistics, SaaS, IoT, or enterprise technology solutions is an added advantage.
