Affiliate Recruitment & Management :

- Identify, recruit, and onboard affiliates, influencers, agencies, and B2B partners aligned with business objectives.

- Screen applications, negotiate commission models, and finalize contractual agreements.

- Maintain regular engagement with affiliates, sharing performance updates and actionable growth strategies.

Affiliate Success Enablement :

- Develop onboarding resources, training materials, and communication frameworks for affiliates.

- Create and manage high-performing landing pages, banners, email templates, and promotional content.

- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized creatives and tailored partner offers.

Partnership Development :

- Approach strategic businesses and agencies to establish long-term, revenue-focused partnerships.

- Pitch mutually beneficial collaboration opportunities and onboard large-scale partners.

Campaign & Platform Management :

- Oversee affiliate marketing platforms (e.g., Impact, PartnerStack, or equivalent).

- Track performance metrics, validate conversions, and manage timely payouts.

- Conduct campaign performance reviews, implementing A/B tests to optimize results.

Reporting & Optimization :

- Prepare and present weekly/monthly reports on KPIs and program performance.

- Continuously optimize partner channels to enhance referral volume, quality, and profitability.

Requirements:

- 8-15 years of experience in affiliate marketing, preferably in a B2B or service-based business.

- Strong understanding of affiliate networks, payout models, and tracking tools.

- Experience with platforms like Impact.com, Refersion, or similar is a must.

- Ability to build strong relationships with partners and affiliates.

- Hands-on experience creating marketing assets, campaign briefs, and landing pages (basic HTML knowledge a plus).

- Analytical mindset - able to make data-driven decisions.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
