
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
End-to-End Recruitment:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for entry, mid-level, and niche roles.
- Conduct job postings, resume screening, telephonic/virtual interviews, and shortlist candidates.
- Coordinate interviews, assessments, and selection processes with hiring managers.
- Manage offer rollout, negotiation, and pre-onboarding documentation.
Sourcing & Talent Pipeline:
- Utilize job portals, social media, networking, and other sourcing platforms to identify potential candidates.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring and future hiring needs.
- Perform proactive sourcing for critical positions to reduce time-to-fill.
Stakeholder & Candidate Management:
- Liaise with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring priorities.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates, ensuring timely updates and a positive experience.
- Provide recruitment status reports and insights to HR and business stakeholders.
Process & Compliance:
- Ensure recruitment processes are followed as per company policy and quality standards.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the ATS or recruitment trackers.
- Support background verification, document collection, and onboarding coordination.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree in HR or any related field; MBA/PGDM in HR is an added advantage.
Experience: 2-5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
- Hands-on exposure to hiring in a corporate or consultancy environment.
Skills & Competencie:
- Strong sourcing and screening skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Good understanding of recruitment processes and interview techniques.
- Ability to handle multiple open roles simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office and experience with ATS or recruitment tools.
- High level of professionalism, ownership, and attention to detail
