
Manager - Talent Acquisition will be responsible for overseeing and executing the recruitment strategy for the organization.
This role manages end-to-end hiring, partners with business leaders to understand workforce needs, ensures timely and quality hiring, and leads a team of recruiters.
The Manager will focus on process excellence, talent pipeline development, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities.
Recruitment Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and execute hiring plans aligned with organizational goals and workforce forecasts.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for critical, niche, and managerial roles.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and networking.
Team Management:
- Lead, mentor, and support a team of recruiters to achieve hiring targets.
- Monitor recruiter performance, assign priorities, and ensure adherence to SLA/KPI benchmarks.
- Promote continuous learning, process consistency, and improvement.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Work closely with hiring managers, HRBPs, and leadership to understand role requirements and define search strategies.
- Provide regular updates, recruitment dashboards, and insights to business leaders.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships and influence hiring decisions through market insights.
Process & Compliance:
- Strengthen recruitment processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and positive candidate experience.
- Drive structured interviewing techniques, assessment tools, and standard evaluation frameworks.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, recruitment guidelines, and statutory requirements.
Sourcing & Market Intelligence:
- Develop strong sourcing strategies using job portals, social platforms, referrals, networking, and direct search.
- Analyze talent market trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitor hiring patterns.
- Optimize usage of ATS and recruitment technology tools.
Experience:
- 6-10+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory or lead role.
- Strong experience hiring for mid-to-senior-level roles across functions.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Hands-on expertise with sourcing tools, screening, interviewing, and selection techniques.
- Ability to manage multiple mandates and deliver within timelines.
- Proficiency with ATS systems and recruitment metrics.
- Strong analytical ability and market understanding.
- High ownership, teamwork, and problem-solving mindset.
