First Adviser - Area Head

Job Description :

- Oversee and manage mortgage loan origination and processing across assigned areas or branches.

- Evaluate the creditworthiness of mortgage applicants by reviewing financial documents and credit reports.

- Ensure compliance with all mortgage products, company policies, and regulatory requirements.

- Lead, mentor, and develop mortgage teams within the area to achieve sales and operational targets.

- Maintain strong relationships with customers by delivering outstanding service and guidance throughout the mortgage process.

- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve the overall customer experience.

- Monitor market trends, competitors, and regulatory changes to adapt strategies accordingly.

- Prepare regular reports on mortgage performance and area sales results for senior management.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 7 years of experience.

- Deep knowledge of mortgage products, lending policies, and industry regulations.

- Proven leadership experience managing teams or multiple locations is preferred.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess applicant creditworthiness accurately.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

- Relevant certifications or licenses in mortgage lending are a plus.
