Role Description :


- This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager, based in Ahmedabad.

- The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading sales initiatives, driving revenue growth, and building strategic relationships with clients.

- Key responsibilities include managing the sales team, developing sales strategies, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets.

- The role also involves preparing reports, providing insights to management, and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

- Proven skills in Sales, Business Development, and Lead Generation.

- Experience in Team Leadership and Collaboration.

- Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Relationship Management skills.

- Strategic Planning and Market Analysis capabilities.

- Proficiency in CRM tools and data-driven decision-making.

- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; an MBA is a plus.

- Experience in the financial services or fintech industry is an advantage.
