Role: IT recruiter Location: Remote / Mumbai / Aurangabad Skills: - Strong understanding of technical Skills and requirements. - Experience in building the talent pool. - Should be comfortable with calling prospective candidates (large number of calls) - Should be strong in putting search keywords and Boolean strings. - In-depth knowledge of hiring practices and existing laws with respect to the India market. - In-depth knowledge of hiring practices and existing laws with respect to the US market (good to have) - Communicating with hiring managers to identify future job openings and the technical requirements for those jobs. - Identifies the most effective methods for recruiting and attracting candidates. - Drafts recruitment advertisements: posts and/or places ads in the most effective digital and/or print media for open positions. - Screening applicants for competency with the job requirements. - Will need calling prospective candidates. - Arranging telephone, video, or in-person interviews - Maintains contact with candidates to keep them apprised of the status of their applications. - Presenting the resumes of the most suitable candidates to the hiring manager. Ensure that the resumes shared are within the budget . - Keeping track of all applicants as well as keeping applicants informed on the application process. - Will work on International and Domestic manpower requirements. - Attends job fairs and industry conferences; runs company booth at job fairs
