About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced Financial Expert to support assignments related to financial analysis, transaction advisory, and project structuring for Public-Private Partnership (PPP) projects within the Infrastructure sector.

The selected candidate will be responsible for contributing to projects requiring expertise in financial analysis, transaction advisory, and PPP project structuring while working in a contractual role on the KPMG payroll.

Experience :

Minimum 7 years of relevant professional experience on topics related to :

- Financial Analysis

- Transaction Advisory

- Project Structuring for PPP Projects in Infrastructure Sectors

Total Professional Experience : 10 years

Qualification :

Minimum Qualification :

- Degree in Finance or Commerce from a reputed and recognized University or Institution.

- Minimum average academic score of 60%.

Desirable Qualification :

- MBA

- Postgraduate Diploma in Management

- Or equivalent qualification.

Relevant Experience & Adequacy for the Project :

The candidate should possess relevant professional experience and demonstrate adequacy for the project based on the following criteria:

Total Professional Experience : 10 years

Relevant Domain Experience :

Experience on topics related to :

- Financial Analysis

- Transaction Advisory

- Project Structuring for PPP Projects in Infrastructure Sectors

Project Experience :

Candidates should have demonstrated experience in projects involving financial analysis, transaction advisory, and project structuring for PPP projects in infrastructure sectors.

For evaluation purposes :

- Each additional relevant project above 5 projects will be considered.

- A maximum of 5 additional projects will be taken into account during evaluation.
