Experience: 8-12+ years (FMCG / Manufacturing preferred)

About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Financial Controller to join a leading beverage company in Zambia. This role is ideal for a finance professional with strong expertise in manufacturing/FMCG environments, who can drive financial performance, ensure compliance, and support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and oversee financial reporting in compliance with IFRS standards

- Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes

- Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial plans

- Ensure effective cash flow management and optimize working capital

- Drive product costing analysis and support margin improvement initiatives

- Partner with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency

- Ensure compliance with internal controls, statutory regulations, and audits

- Lead ERP-based financial processes (SAP / Oracle) and improve system utilization

- Provide actionable financial insights to senior management

- Strong knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting standards

- Proven experience in costing, budgeting, and financial analysis

- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP / Oracle)
