Financial Controller - FMCG - CA

Job Description:

- Lead the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.

- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial information to management and stakeholders.

- Manage cash flow, investment strategies, and financial modeling.

- Oversee internal controls and auditing processes to mitigate financial risks.

- Provide strategic recommendations based on financial analysis.

- Coordinate with external auditors, managing the audit process and ensuring compliance.

- Supervise and mentor finance team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

- Stay current on industry trends and changes in financial regulations.

Qualifications:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification, completed between 2007 and 2010.

- 5+ years of relevant experience in finance and accounting, with a focus on financial management.

- Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and regulations.

- Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.

- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.

- Strong leadership and communication skills.
