Role Overview:

As the Financial Controller based in Bangalore, you will serve as the financial backbone of the organization, overseeing the integrity of our accounting operations and financial reporting. You will work closely with the CFO, department heads, and external auditors to ensure fiscal discipline and regulatory compliance. Your day-to-day involves managing the month-end close process, optimizing cash flow, and providing actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities:

- Direct the end-to-end accounting operations, including general ledger maintenance and financial statement preparation, to ensure absolute accuracy for stakeholders and investors.

- Manage the annual budgeting and forecasting cycles by collaborating with cross-functional teams to align departmental spending with broader organizational growth targets.

- Oversee tax compliance and statutory filings to mitigate financial risk and ensure the company adheres to all local and national regulatory requirements.
