Role Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Financial Controller (A Qualified CA) to lead our financial operations based in Mancheswar, Odisha. In this high-impact leadership role, you will serve as the primary steward of the organization's fiscal health, overseeing comprehensive financial reporting, rigorous risk management, and strategic financial modeling. You will work closely with the Board of Directors, executive leadership, and external stakeholders to translate complex financial data into actionable business insights. By ensuring absolute financial integrity and operational efficiency, you will directly influence the company's long-term growth trajectory and sustainable profitability in a competitive market landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

- Direct the end-to-end financial reporting process to provide the executive team with accurate, timely, and transparent insights into the company's fiscal performance.

- Implement robust risk management frameworks to identify, assess, and mitigate financial vulnerabilities, ensuring the organization remains resilient against market volatility.

- Develop sophisticated financial models to support strategic decision-making, capital allocation, and long-term business planning for the leadership team.

- Lead deep-dive financial analysis to uncover operational inefficiencies and drive cost-optimization initiatives across all business units.

- Oversee statutory compliance and tax planning to ensure the organization adheres to all regulatory requirements while optimizing its tax position.

- Mentor and lead the finance department, fostering a culture of high performance and analytical rigor to support the company's broader operational goals.

Required Skillset:

- Possess a deep mastery of financial reporting standards and regulatory compliance, backed by a Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification.

- Demonstrate advanced proficiency in financial modeling and quantitative analysis to forecast business outcomes and guide strategic investments.

- Exhibit exceptional interpersonal skills to communicate complex financial narratives effectively to non-financial stakeholders and the Board.

- Maintain a proactive approach to risk management, with the ability to anticipate market shifts and implement preventive controls.

- Show a proven track record of leading large-scale finance functions with 24 - 30 years of progressive experience in senior management roles.

- Demonstrate high adaptability to an on-site work environment in Mancheswar, maintaining a hands-on leadership style that drives team engagement and operational excellence.
