Financial Controller - CA

Role Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Financial Controller to oversee our financial operations across the African region. In this leadership capacity, you will serve as the primary custodian of financial integrity, ensuring that all regional reporting, compliance, and fiscal strategies align with global corporate standards.

Financial Reporting:

- Own monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and balance sheets.

Accounting Operations:

- Supervise accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll.

Internal Controls:

- Design, implement, and monitor business processes and accounting policies to reduce financial risk.

Audits and Tax:

- Coordinate internal and external audits and manage local, state, and federal tax filings.

Budgeting & Forecasting:

- Assist management with budget preparation, monitor variances, and forecast cash flow.
