Job Description: D365 FO Finance Consultant.
Employment Type : Full Time.
Experience : 8+ years.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide functional support for D365 FO Finance, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and Cash & Bank modules.
- Execute incident management, triage, and root-cause analysis for finance-related tickets and recurring issues.
- Oversee cost accounting processes, support configuration and review of cost centers, cost allocation, and tracking.
- Support asset management including work order management, scheduling, asset tracking, and resource allocation.
- Assist with financial close activities, reconciliations, and compliance monitoring.
- Document processes, solutions, and contribute to the client knowledge base.
- Collaborate with technical consultants to troubleshoot integrations impacting finance functions.
- Provide data for SLA, KPI, and operational reporting on finance ticket trends and resolution metrics.
- Support knowledge transfer, documentation review, and handoff to team members.
- Participate in post-upgrade validation and ongoing system optimization activities.
Qualifications & Skills:.
- Minimum 6-8 years' experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance modules; D365 certification preferred.
- Strong understanding of financial business principles, cost accounting, and asset management workflows.
- Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.
- Experience with cross-functional ERP support teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
