We are looking for an experienced Finance Transformation Manager to lead and deliver finance transformation initiatives aimed at improving processes, controls, technology adoption, automation, and overall finance effectiveness. The role will work closely with Finance, Technology, Business, and external stakeholders to identify transformation opportunities and implement scalable solutions across the finance function.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end finance transformation initiatives covering process redesign, technology enablement, automation, and operational improvement.

- Analyze existing finance processes, identify inefficiencies and control gaps, and define opportunities for standardization, simplification, and automation.

- Partner with Finance leadership and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into transformation roadmaps and actionable initiatives.

- Drive implementation of finance technology and digital solutions, including ERP, reporting, workflow, automation, and analytics platforms.

- Lead process re-engineering and continuous improvement across areas such as Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.

- Define business requirements, process maps, functional specifications, and operating procedures for transformation initiatives.

- Work with Technology and implementation teams to ensure solutions are aligned with business requirements and finance processes.

- Drive automation and digitization of manual finance activities to improve efficiency, accuracy, and turnaround time.

- Establish and monitor KPIs, process metrics, and transformation benefits to measure the impact of initiatives.

- Support finance data, reporting, and analytics initiatives to improve visibility and enable data-driven decision-making.

- Identify and implement opportunities to strengthen financial controls, compliance, governance, and risk management through process and technology improvements.

- Manage project plans, timelines, dependencies, risks, issues, and stakeholder communication across transformation programs.

- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors/implementation partners during solution design, testing, deployment, and stabilization.

- Lead UAT, change management, user training, and adoption activities for new processes and systems.

- Develop transformation documentation, process standards, SOPs, and knowledge-transfer materials.

- Provide regular updates to senior stakeholders on project progress, risks, benefits, and business outcomes.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 6-9 years of overall experience, with significant experience in Finance Transformation, Finance Consulting, Business Transformation, or Finance Process Improvement.

- Strong understanding of finance processes and operating models, including R2R, P2P, O2C, FP&A, reporting, and financial controls.

- Proven experience in finance process transformation, process re-engineering, and continuous improvement.

- Experience working on ERP implementation, finance technology transformation, automation, or digital finance initiatives.

- Strong understanding of finance systems, process workflows, reporting, and data management.

- Experience in gathering requirements, preparing process documentation, managing UAT, and supporting technology implementations.

- Strong project and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work across Finance, IT, Business, and external implementation teams.

- Experience with process improvement methodologies and transformation frameworks.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.

- Ability to manage multiple transformation initiatives and deliver within defined timelines.
